141/2 oz can Italian style diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c Cheddar dairy product, grated

1/2 c dark wine or burgandy or merlot wine vinegar

1 t beef or chicken bouillon granules (whatever is due to your pantry)
3 T organic olive oil
garlic salt to taste
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
