Easy Chicken Slow cooker Recipes

Not having enough tips on things know about lead to dinner? Here couple of simple recipes you could make utilizing your slow cooker, some chicken and some simple ingredients.

Italian Chicken Dinner
Exactly what you need:

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
11/2 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c Dairy products, grated
8 oz can tomato sauce
6 oz can tomato paste
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup onion, diced
1 t sugar
2 t dried oregano
1/2 t dried basil
2 T essential olive oil
cooked spaghetti, fettuccine or noodles preferred by
salt and pepper to taste

What we do:

Heat oil inside of a large skillet over medium high heat. Salt and pepper chicken, complement skillet and brown on sides. Place chicken at the base of a 3.5 quart or larger crock-pot. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese and noodles to your medium bowl and mix. Pour mixture over chicken and cook, covered, for 6 hours on low. Sprinkle cheese over chicken and continue cooking, covered, until cheese is melted. Serve over hot cooked noodles.

Things you need:

1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 c frozen corn
10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz can tomato sauce
envelope dry onion soup mix
1 c water
1 T organic extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 t pepper

Whatever you do:

Heat oil inside a large skillet. Chop chicken into bite sized pieces. Add chicken to skillet and cook until lightly browned. Place chicken and remaining ingredients right into a 3.5 quart or larger crock pot and mix. Cook, covered, for 8 hours on low.

Creamy Crock Pot Chicken and Mushrooms

Exactly what you need:

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in bite-sized pieces
1 garlic oil, minced
2 ribs of celery, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
8 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
103/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
103/4 oz can cream of celery soup
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz jar pimentos, drained
2 T olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
fettuccine (optional)

What you do:
Heat oil within a large skillet. Add chicken, salt and pepper and saute in oil for 3 minutes.
In a 3.5 quart or larger Crock Pot Recipes, add chicken. Add celery, mushrooms, pimentos, green pepper and garlic. Pour soups over chicken and veggies and mix. Cook, covered, for 6-7 hours on low. Add cheese and mix. Continue cooking, covered, for 10 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Cook fettuccine in line with box directions; drain. Serve chicken with sauce over hot fettuccine. Also is useful served with mashed potatoes.
