Different Ways for making Chocolate cookies

Ask any crowd to mention their most favorite cookie and you’ll always get several “chocolate chip” answers. Chocolate chip cookies are likely among the favorite cookies for merely anyone. The recipes in this posting permit you to make cookie dough dip using a different twist. One recipe is for Chocolate Chunk Cookies. The Chocoat Chips are good with the addition of chewy oats with a rather traditional chocolate chip recipe. The Chocolate Chunks allow you to bite into a larger piece of chocolate driving them to a favourite of chocoholics! And one more recipe uses peanut butter and milk choc chips. All are yummy and sure to be crowd pleasers.

CHOCOAT CHIP COOKIES
2 sticks butter, softened
1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
One teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tsp salt, optional
2 1/2 cups oats
1 pkg (12-oz) semisweet choc chips
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans, optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla flavoring; beat well. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt (if using); mix well. Stir within the oats, choc chips, and nuts, if using; mix in well.
Drop dough onto ungreased baking sheets by rounded tablespoonfuls. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to Ten minutes for chewy cookies. Should you prefer crispier cookie, bake 12 to 13 minutes. Let it cool for any minute on the cookie sheet then remove to wire racks to chill completely.

Yield: Approximately 5 dozen

CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup quick oats
1 1/4 cups chocolate chunks

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease 2 large baking sheets; set aside.
In the large mixing bowl combine the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy. Beat inside egg and vanilla.
In to a small bowl sift the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Add flour mixture for the creamy mixture, beating constantly. Stir inside oats and chocolate chunks.

Spoon dough by tablespoonfuls about 2-inches apart about the prepared cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool 1 minute around the baking sheets. Transfer to wire racks for cooling completely.

PEANUT BUTTER AND MILK CHOCOLATE CHIP MORSEL COOKIES
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 pkg (12-oz) peanut butter and milk chocolate chip morsels
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a tiny bowl combine the flours, baking soda, and salt.
In a very large mixer bowl beat the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add the eggs, individually, beating well after each. Beat from the flour mixture.
