Different methods for making Chocolate cookies

Ask any crowd to call their preferred cookie and you should always get several “chocolate chip” answers. Chocolate chip cookies are in all likelihood among the list of favorite cookies for nearly anyone. The recipes in the following paragraphs help you make chocolate chip cookie dough dip that has a different twist. One recipe is ideal for Chocolate Chunk Cookies. The Chocoat Chips are excellent with the help of chewy oats to a rather traditional chocolate chip recipe. The Chocolate Chunks permit you to bite into a bigger bit of chocolate making them a favourite of chocoholics! And a final recipe uses peanut butter and milk chocolate chips. All are yummy and sure to be crowd pleasers.

2 sticks butter, softened
1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
One teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tsp salt, optional
2 1/2 cups oats
1 pkg (12-oz) semisweet choc chips
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans, optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla flavor; beat well. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt (if using); mix well. Stir within the oats, choc chips, and nuts, if using; add well.
Drop dough onto ungreased baking sheets by rounded tablespoonfuls. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 15 minutes for chewy cookies. In case you prefer crispier cookie, bake 12 to 13 minutes. Let it cool for the minute within the cookie sheet then remove to wire racks to cool down the completely.

Yield: Approximately 5 dozen

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease 2 large baking sheets; put aside.
Within a large mixing bowl combine the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy. Beat inside egg and vanilla.
To a normal size bowl sift the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Add flour mixture towards the creamy mixture, beating constantly. Stir within the oats and chocolate chunks.

Spoon dough by tablespoonfuls about 2-inches apart around the prepared cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool One minute to the baking sheets. Transfer to wire racks for cooling completely.

In a bowl combine the flours, baking soda, and salt.
In a very large mixer bowl beat the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add the eggs, one by one, beating well after each. Beat in the flour mixture.
